What can I expect from the event? An exhibition with interactive elements to uncover the chilling truths behind the most infamous serial killers and the investigations that brought them to justice
Where is the experience located?

The experience is located at 600 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101, Pacific Place, Suite C25. Get Directions Entrance: corner of 7th and Pine Street – outside the mall

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 90-120 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking available? Yes, the venue has paid parking available.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Do I have to sign a waiver? Yes. Signing the Safety Pledge & Liability Waiver is required during the completion of ticket purchases
What is the age requirement? Will I need ID? 14 years old or older. children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is this Experience appropriate for everyone?

This Experience explores violent crime and its impacts. It’s designed for education and public awareness, to encourage critical reflection on the causes, consequences, and effects of violent crime, to promote respectful remembrance of victims, and to support responsible discussion around prevention, safety, and wider societal responses.

That said, it includes emotionally disturbing themes and may be intentionally confronting. If you’re sensitive to intense content or have a medical condition that could be affected (for example, anxiety disorders, seizures, heart conditions, or sensitivity to lighting/sound), please consider this before attending, as you will participate at your own risk.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? No, this event is not pet-friendly. If you require an assistance dog, you can bring it with you to the exhibition with appropriate proof.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Anything which may disturb the other visitors like flash photography or alcohol are not allowed on the experience. For the safety of all guests, firearms, knives, mace, or any item that could be used to inflict harm (at the discretion of venue management) are prohibited in our venues. Firearms are not allowed despite carry permits or licenses, including for off-duty law enforcement.
Do you offer carer tickets? For people with disabilities we offer a reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people? Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available? Yes, this venue has coat check.
Are there any other requirements to enter? To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests are required to sign a digital waiver before entering the exhibition space
